Technical Lead

Job Description

The technical lead role is a central role that governs work with application architecture, system design, cloud concepts, performance optimizations, guiding and managing junior and senior developers within the team and potentially interacting with clientele. It will also involve understanding business requirements and converting them into work specifications and ensuring delivery of the same by the delivery team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop full-fledged web / mobile based application systems for complex business use cases
  • Define application and cloud architectures
  • Ensure security and compliance with appropriate coding standards and security testing procedures.
  • Be conversant in various frontend, backend, and cloud technologies
  • Exceptionally good problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with the development team, and business analyst to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation, including both core and supporting systems.
  • Coach and train project team members on Software Development processes and best practices.
  • Conduct performance reviews of subordinates
  • Develops and maintains system documentation
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate across frontend, backend, infra and security domains

Experience and Skills

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in enterprise software development
  • Experience in building application systems with Python, Golang, React/Angular on AWS with MySQL/PostgreSQL/DynamoDB
  • AWS based solution architecture skills
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have rich experience in providing technical guidance
  • Should have strong client management and interaction experience with Senior Management
  • Ability to effectively manage teams
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive new initiatives

Data Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for data engineering enthusiasts who are ready to work on real world data engineering problems on the Data Bricks platform. The project involves dealing with large amounts of data and building data pipelines and ETL jobs on the AWS platform for consumption on PowerBI dashboards, custom applications and API driven interfaces.
